Gain the Knowledge and Tools for a Lifetime of Safe Driving What You'll Get: Behavior-Changing Activities: Participate in 5 interactive activities designed to shift mindset and habits around road safety. Four Zoom Conversations ( 1- Hour Each) around Road safety spread out over the next year to remind the conversation that was done and answer any questions. ( Sometimes you need to be reminded more that taught!) Essential Tools and Guides: Learn how to use a breathalyzer and drug testing kit effectively. Understand why having these tools is crucial for responsible driving. Real-Life Strategies: Develop practical strategies for navigating common challenges such as; Peer pressure and making smart choices at parties. Planning your transportation before a night out. Safeguarding the family car. Proactive Planning: Create a personalized "Plan Kit" to review with parents or guardians before heading out. Learn how to anticipate and handle distractions. Proactively equip your vehicle for safety. Preparedness for the Unexpected: Understand the reality of potential crashes and how to respond effectively. Receive a comprehensive safety checklist outlining essential steps to take in an emergency.
Cancellation Policy
Policy for Course Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds 1. Minimum Participants Minimum Enrollment: This requires a minimum of 5 participants to ensure a productive and engaging learning experience. Notification of Cancellation: If the minimum enrollment is not met by one week prior to the scheduled start of the course, the course facilitator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course. Communication: Participants will be notified of any cancellations or reschedulings via email as soon as possible. 2. Unforeseen Circumstances Facilitator-Side Issues: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the course facilitator from delivering the course as scheduled (e.g., illness, emergency), the course may be canceled or rescheduled. Force Majeure: The course facilitator reserves the right to cancel the course in the event of "force majeure" – unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, severe storms) Public health emergencies (e.g., pandemics) Civil unrest or terrorism Government mandates or restrictions 3. Refunds Cancellation due to Low Enrollment: If the course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances: If the course is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, participants will have the option to: Receive a full refund of any fees paid. Transfer their registration to a rescheduled offering of the same course. 4. Refund Processing Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation notice. 5. Participant Cancellation To Cancel or Reschedule please call at least 72 hours prior to the course delivery time and date. 6.
